New connection landing view

Contact enrichment
This was designed to make integration flow easier for the self-service customers. The goal was to build a landing view inside the product to guide the users to connect their CRM. The view has been designed so that it's easy to edit and adjust for the future needs as well.
Web technology data was a highly wanted data point among customers and my job was to make it mappable data in our UI so that users could receive the data in their CRMs. In Vainu's database, there are thousands of technologies, so the task required understanding how users would like to receive the data and what type of limitations the integrations might have.
With this new feature, users can get new contact leads updated with company data straight in their CRM. This helps users to get a better understanding of the lead and build lead-scoring systems in their sales processes.

Topics
Vainu brings up-to-date data to the companies' customer management tools called CRMs. We enrich the customer data they have and bring new contacts and opportunities to their work in order to ease their sales processes. Our goal during the latest projects has been to improve the integration process between Vainu and the CRM as smooth and user friendly as possible.

Research
Our Scrum sprints have included both the discovery and delivery stories. During the discovery ones we have gathered all the data we are able to get about the topic and usually we have gotten a great help from our own sales people and cross-functional team mates.
Methods: Interviews, low-fidelity prototypes and drafting in Invision and Miro.
Design
After discovery stories we have started to design based on the data we have gathered before. Process starts from quick mockups and early testings. Important part of the process is designers reviews we have every week with the designers team. Both, the early ideas and the final high-fi versions are tested and iterations done based on the feedback we have gathered.

In Vainu we have a cross-functional product team. We use the Scrum framework for the product management and the role I have had as a scrum master has taught me a lot about the scrum events and cross functional teams.
